Everything in the house is aimed towards comfort and pampering from the 2 roll top baths with garden views to rain power showers, comfy settees and chairs, roaring fire, and American traditional Adirondack out door seating. The kitchen is the hub of the house, there is a wonderful Aga in the central island, where everyone congregates including rosa the cat.... we have a walk in larder and Smeg fridge. The large kitchen table is set under a glass garden conservatory that allows the outside in, we can eat brunch watching the wildlife, birds and squirrels, deer and rabbits a cut glass candleier refracts the light. Our open plan sitting room has large doors that open on to the terrace we treat the garden like another room. Imagine Christmas Day, a fire roaring up the chimney.... Presents around the Christmas tree.... A walk next door to church... Wander to the pub for some traditional Xmas cheers... Back home to The Garden House for Lunch, Champagne on ice outside in the ice bucket, Turkey and roasts slow cooking in the Aga the aroma is intoxicating.....Perfect.
