Our spacious apartment is light and airy and furnished in a contemporary style with a French twist of style to the bedrooms.

Unlike typical hotel rooms, the apartment has a large lounge/dining area, with comfortable furnishings, dining table and chairs perfect for entertaining guests and colleagues, or for holding a business meeting in lovely surroundings ! Your evening entertainment is looked after with a flat screen TV, and complimentary WI FI.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen area contains all of the integral appliances and all items for guest use.

The bathroom features a shower over bath, and is supplied with fresh towels that are replenished by the maid service every week of your stay. Complimentary toiletries are also supplied.

Bedroom one is furnished with a high quality standard size 4' 6" double bed, luxurious bed linen (changed once a week) large fitted wardrobes and two French style bedside cabinets complete with stylish wall mounted mirrors and bedside lamps and a hairdryer. The second smaller bedroom is furnished with a high quality smaller compact size 4' double bed, a French style Armoire wardrobe, French style tallboy and bedside lamp, together with a large ornate mirror to the wall.

Upon arrival refreshments and toiletries are provided. The apartment provides much more than a hotel experience and is situated in the quiet and sought after location of Medbourne, Milton Keynes. Access to the city centre is just over five minutes away and access to the pretty local villages is also convenient. Local shops and take aways and restaurants are also just five minutes away in the Westcroft area.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed by central security door. One flight of stairs. The apartment is only one of four within the block, so it is quiet. Free parking is available within the private car park together with additional guest parking.

Our apartment is furnished to a high standard with a warm feel throughout. Its location is great for the centre of Milton Keynes, which is just over five minutes away for restaurants, and the famous shopping centre. It is also convenient for access to local villages, and attractions.

If you require a travel cot for your stay, we can provide one at a small extra charge and have it ready for you.

The apartment is great to visit the local areas of Milton Keynes, Silverstone, Woburn Abbey, Waddesden Manor and Aylesbury.

The apartment is great for short term letting in Milton Keynes or a longer stay.

Minimum stay is 2 nights based on the nightly price.

Transport around the area is very easy with the road system around Milton Keynes, which is very well sign posted. Transport via trains is also very convenient with the station being only five minutes away.

All damages are to be paid for and not restricted to the sum of the deposit paid.
