PLEASE NOTE CHECK-IN TIME IS 4PM ON YOUR CHOSEN DATE. PLEASE VACATE THE FLAT BY 11AM ON YOUR DEPARTURE DATE.

A £100 DAMAGES/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN CHECKED/CLEANED.

THERE WILL BE A RETENTION FROM THE DEPOSIT TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHICH THE CLEANER WILL LEVY DUE TO EXTRA TIME INVOLVED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OCCUR:-

ANY RUBBISH/BIN BAGS ARE LEFT IN THE FLAT OR NOT PUT INTO THE OUTSIDE BIN IN THE GARDEN;

THE DISHWASHER HAS NOT BEEN FULLY EMPTIED;

ANY DISHES HAVE NOT BEEN WASHED/DRIED OR PUT AWAY;

THE BED AND/OR SOFABED HAVE NOT BEEN STRIPED AND THE DIRTY LAUNDRY PUT IN THE BATH.

THE ISLE OF CUMBRAE IS AN SMALL ISLAND LOCATED OFF THE SOUTH-WEST COAST OF SCOTLAND - ONLY AN 8 MINUTE FERRY CROSSING FROM LARGS MAINLAND. THE ISLAND IS VERY POPULAR WITH CYCLIST AND WALKERS ALIKE DUE TO ITS SIZE (APPROX 10 MILES CIRCUMFERENCE)

Millport

THE ONLY TOWN ON CUMBRAE ISLAND IS MILLPORT WHERE SHOPS, CAFES, RESTAURANTS, PUBS AND LOCAL AMENITIES CAN BE FOUND. THERE ARE ALSO PRETTY PICTUREQUE CHURCHES AND A SMALL CATHEDRAL, NOT TO THE MENTION THE STUNNING GARRISON BUILDING AT THE CENTRE OF THE TOWN.

THERE IS ALSO A GOLF COURSE.

THE PADDLE STEAMER WAVERLY ALSO HAS EXCURSIONS FOR DAYTRIPPERS DURING THE SEASONAL MONTHS OF OPERATION.

Had a great time at Millport. Flat had everything that we needed and was so close to the beach for walks. Would definitely return!
