Heddfan, a newly appointed apartment is located literally on the beautiful sandy beach at Llanelli. The property benefits from being on the recently created 22km cycle/coastal millennium path which skirts the coast taking in the breathtaking Carmarthenshire coastline.

With in easy walking distance of the award winning Nicklaus golf course with club house and Spa open to non members.

The Ffos Las race course is but a short drive away as is the fantastic Parc Y Scarlets Stadium, home to the world famous Scarlets rugby team. In less than an hour Pembrokeshire beckons with all the fantastic villages and towns on offer including the beautiful tiny city of St Davids and the stunning walled medieval seaside town of Tenby.

The property is located a mere 40 minutes along the M4 from the fanatstic Celtic manor resort in Newport which famously held the prestigious Ryder Cup in October 2010. Perfect for avid Golf enthusiasts!!

Pembrey Race circuit and the highly decorated Pembrey country park with blue flag beaches are also on the doorstep.

The property has two large bedrooms and spacious, stylish living space leading to the balcony for those lazy evenings soaking up the view!

The property is a clean spacious 2nd floor apartment tastefully furnished to cater for everyone's needs. The Master bedroom and a super king sized bed and plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a view to die for!The kitchen is beautifully fitted with cherry wood units and is equipped to a high standards with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave etc. The lounge is a delight with its large patio doors leading out onto the balcony affording amazing views over to the Gower peninsular.Property has a guest bed and bedding which enables a 5th person to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
