“Very relaxing with beautiful views and walks”

Reviewed 24 Sep 2016

I recently stayed in this 2 bed apartment with my sister and our friend, 3 ladies in our 50's looking for a few days of relaxation, and it was just what we expected. Lovely, clean, great size especially the terrace area, 60 steps up not a problem for us but not for people with mobility difficulties. Lovely and quiet with own beach, we used the beach bar for jugs of sangria at the end of our long days walking, very friendly staff. Julie&Andy came straight over on the Saturday morning when we had a problem with the TV, Andy sorted it straight away! Nice little touches of a welcome tray, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, all little extra's in kitchen, tin foil, tea-towels, hand wash etc Weather was lovely 3 days out of 4, We we're sad to leave!

Thank you for your lovely review. We are very glad you had a good stay at Millendreath.

“Relaxing holiday, excellant accomodation”

Reviewed 19 Aug 2015

We stayed at this accommodation at the beginning of the summer holidays and had a fabulous week. We arrived at our accommodation to find that we had everything we could need for our holiday. The chalet was beautifully decorated and was very clean and tidy. The bedding and towel were a real bonus as it saved us from taking so much in the car and having to spend time making the beds. A cream tea, coffee, tea, milk and orange juice were left for us, which we enjoyed and found a thoughtful touch. The owner Julie, even kindly text to make sure we had arrived and that everything was ok. Our son is 10yrs and he immediately made friends with other children staying there, which made life easy for us. We spent the majority of our holiday on the beach and our son enjoyed body boarding with the other children. The beach is lovely and not as crowded as Looe. Wonderful holiday, we will be returning next year!

Thank you for your kind comments. We are glad you had a great holiday and look forward to welcoming you next year. Julie & Andy

“A little Mediterranean getaway in an idyllic setting”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2014

This villa was the best we have stayed at. Everything you could ever need was catered for. Immaculately presented. Welcome tray full of goodies including specialist jam and scones.A fridge with milk and clotted cream. How thoughtful. Our two lads, 9 and 10 loved their room with bunkbeds. Our bed was sooo comfortable too. Fully equipped brand new modern kitchen. Clean lines and self closing doors. The dishwasher gave us more time to relax. May just have to invest in one for home. The views from the enormous terrace were sublime. Countryside and the sea. What more could you wish for? Comfortable loungers to relax in after a day of bodyboarding and rockpooling at the beach which is just a five minute stroll. Flat screen TV and ipod dock. Lovely, comfortable settees. Games and books galore in the coffee table. I cannot say enough positives about this villa. Millendreath......it's the new Med:) We did not want to leave. We cannot wait to go back. Thankyou Julie and Andy.

Thank you for your feedback - so glad you had a great time. Julie & Andy
