Description

Situated in a popular location on award winning 5 star Shorefield Country Park, Jan's Vans are three bedroom self-catering mobile holiday homes with a light, comfortable living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. This is one of my two 3 bedroom homes situated just 50 yards from each other so ideal for large families or groups of friends to book together, and are just a few minutes walk from all the main facilities including heated indoor and outdoor pools.

In a peaceful cul de sac on the boundary edge of the park where a variety of wildlife can be seen (including pheasants and rabbits), it has a raised, decked seating area plus patio that face South-west, ideal for catching the afternoon and evening sun.

Double glazed with gas fired warm air heating in all rooms, Shower room and additional second toilet (with basin), adjacent hard standing parking space, 32" smart freeview TV/DVD with a small selection of DVDs, free Wi-if. Kitchen includes gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière, under-counter fridge with small freezer box. Iron and ironing board.

Please note one of the twin rooms has narrower beds (60cm) therefore more suitable for children.

*** I can offer a discounted price per night if you are booking more than two nights except for seven night stays - these are already discounted. The dates showing a minimum three night stay are also already discounted for the weekend Friday to Sunday. Please just ask for further details. ***

With a range of leisure and entertainment facilities to choose from, Shorefield Country Park is set on 100 acres of woodland and walking distance from the cliff top and shingle beach. The facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools (outdoor open during the summer season only), children's outdoor play areas, fishing lake, tennis courts, restaurant, bars, entertainment, gym and beauty spa, launderette and small supermarket. Please note there is a small membership fee to use the Licensed Club facilities (pools, gym, bars, entertainment etc). Prices on request.

All bed linen and bedding is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival, but we do request that you bring along your own towels and tea towels please. Bed guards or travel cots are also available for very young children on request at no extra charge (please request these prior to your arrival).

Tea, coffee, milk and cooking essentials such as seasoning and a little cooking oil are also provided to welcome you on arrival.

Check-in is normally from 3pm with check-out at 10am but we can be flexible - please just ask.

I live just a few minutes drive away and can be contacted at all times in case of any queries.

Getting around

There is a bus stop half a mile from the site. The nearest railway stations are New Milton 3 miles away, Sway or Lymington approximately 4 miles away, Christchurch 8 miles away.

Interaction with guest

Guests will be greeted with a key on arrival. We live just a few minutes drive away and can be contacted at all times in case of any queries. There are lots of leaflets and information in the mobile home regarding the local area and places to eat and visit.

We enjoyed our time at Milford on sea. Caravan adequate for 5 day stay. Love the new forest. Our grandsons especially loved crabbing at muddeford and going to Avon beach. So many places to visit we will need another holiday to fit it all in.
