Description

The space

The apartment has harmonious spaciousness and a particular living room which has a real convivial feel to it. A fully windowed wall which overlooks a balcony allows the natural light to brighten the living room giving you, at the same time, privacy. There is a comfy sofa and additional armchairs for guests to use, a TV, a rustic dining table for 8 and an oriental style sideboard.

The open space kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, dish washer, microwaves, fridge, stove, oven and all the appliances to cook your favorite dishes. There is also another table for 5 guests. A little studio with book shelves and a desk allows you to work quietly if needed.

The sleeping area is separated by a hallway: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room (with washing machine and a sink). The bedrooms are bright with colourful homely touches.

The Master bedroom has a double bed, a TV and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom has a nice design. The sanitary and a relaxing bathtub that can be used as a shower thanks to the glass around.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a very big closet to put all of your stuff. The third bedroom has a French bed, a closet and a sofa that, according to your need, it could convert in a single bed. Between the second and the third bedroom there is the other bathroom with sanitary and shower.

Upon arrival you will find :

- Beds made (except sofa beds, whose linen will be left for you in a wardrobe)

- Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)

- Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dish washer and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

TOURIST TAX to be paid cash on arrival: 3 euro per person per night (few exemptions are established by the Municipality of Milan such as for the underage)

GARBAGE RECYCLING : instructions in 10 languages for proper disposal according to local laws
