Do you want to stay a step away from the subway in the Zona Fiera? Home Sweet Home is a spacious three-room apartment with two bedrooms and a large living room furnished and equipped with everything you need. Quiet, bright, on the first floor of a stately building with two elevators completely renovated in 2014, again improved and refurbished at the end of 2018 It has air conditioning and central heating condominium. It consists of a large living room-anteroom with a 50-inch plasma TV, DVD player and a large collection of movies ready to be seen. There are two bedrooms: one double (which can also be arranged with single beds according to your preferences) and a second bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a television and a large wardrobe. The master bedroom is adjacent to a cloakroom / laundry room with sink, washing machine, ironing facilities and large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a large window and has a shower with a cabin and a bidet. The kitchen is spacious and is connected with a bar counter to the living room, has a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, espresso machine, toaster and crockery, cutlery and everything you need to prepare lunches, dinners and breakfasts. The furniture is new and all the rooms and the kitchen have parquet floors. The kitchen and the living room overlook a balcony with awnings. The Lotto - Fiera di Milano area is one of the areas that is developing most for Expo 2015 and one of the best connected with the rest of the city and its hinterland. It is an elegant residential area with many green spaces close to the roads of great flow. Its location is strategic: 1 minute walk from the Lotto Fiera Milano City red line stop (open for Expo 2015 Lilla line Lotto Fiera Milano City stop), 8 stops (12 minutes) from Piazza del Duomo. I am always available to my guests via email, text message or telephone. If you stay at Home Sweet Home, you do not need the car, but there are plenty of free parking areas around 300 m from the apartment. Within walking distance, less than 200 meters, there is the Lido di Milano, a multisport area with a large swimming pool (open from June to August), tennis and basketball courts, jogging and biking area. Right in front of the Lido in Milan there is the stop for the two-storey tourist bus line C that will take you on a visit to the most interesting and elegant areas of the city. In the neighborhood there are many bars and restaurants open all year. A Mc Donald restaurant is located 200 meters away on the other side of P.le Lotto. Moreover, in Piazzale Lotto, there is a station for bicycle rental. In the building there is a concierge service in the morning from 8.30 to 12.00. Time of silence from 13 to 15 and after 23. The apartment has a concierge service in the morning from 8.30 am to 12 pm General Rules: Check-in from 12AM until 5PM Check-out not later than 11 AM to other guests and the property, please keep me informed of any damage, breakdown or loss of each room. When you leave Home Sweet Home, please leave it clean and tidy, with towels in the laundry room. If you leave the apartment for a long time, please turn off the windows. How do damage deposits work?
