Description

A comfortable apartment in the historic center of Milan

Situated on the fourth floor no lift of a typical Milanese building you may find this sunny apartment overlooking an “old Milan” courtyard, where it is easy to do a chat with neighbors and have a coffee together. It consists of a luminous and nicely furnished living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two persons, a TV, a stereo and several books to your disposal; the kitchen is equipped of all you might need and the large skylight in the ceiling invites you to look at the sky. A dressing area divides the sleeping area from the day area and leads into the spacious and relaxing bedroom, which can be prepared with two single beds or a big double bed, provided of a capacious wardrobe. All overlooking a sunny balcony. The spacious bathroom, with both bathtub and shower, includes a washing machine and has an electric skylight, which gives this room a lot of light and air.

The apartment has a small supply of essential groceries in the kitchen, both bathroom and bedroom linen, free wi-fi, air conditioning and independent heating. A very quiet flat, located in the historic area of Porta Ticinese, with a warm atmosphere ideal for short or long periods, on the same street you may find many shops, restaurants, supermarkets and still more. At the moment there is no lift. It is possible to park the car on the public street below following the rules, the area around is silent and safe. There’s also a nearby garage for a fee.

Navigli Area with its restaurants, shops and antiquarian bookshops, where to walk and stop for appetizers and brunch

Nearby Bocconi University and at a short distance even from the NABA and DOMUS Academies

IULM – University of Languages ​​and Communication Sciences

San Paolo Hospital in 3km

In a short tram ride you reach the center of Milan, where you can visit: the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, the Museum of the twentieth century, the Teatro alla Scala, the Gallery of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the famous Via Montenapoleone (one of the 4 streets forming the fashion square), the Museum of the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci and the Castello Sforzesco.
