CASA ALFIERI, a prestigious residence available for short or tourist stays in the heart of Milan. Ideal for demanding couples and families, it is also perfect for managers, professionals, designers, stylists, etc. who need to reconcile the need for comfort in a finely furnished environment, with that of temporarily having a prestigious and strategically positioned location. Staying in the heart of Milan, on the top floor of a 1930 building in the San Babila / Duomo area, is a unique experience. Needless to dwell on the description of the San Babila / Duomo area. Suffice it to say that you will be just a few steps away from the best that Milan can offer: from the Quadrilatero della Moda, the Scala, the main museums, the Duomo. Every form of shopping under the house: boutiques and shops in the adjacent Corso Vittorio Emanuele (40 meters), the historic Rinascente at 250 meters. And then restaurants, cinemas and trendy bars. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a large corridor, a living room, a dining room separated from the living room by sliding glass sliding doors, a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The surface is about 80 square meters. The maximum receptivity is of nr. 4 people: nr. 2 in the double bedroom, nr. 2 in the double sofa bed (standard size) located in the living room. The house is particularly livable and conveys a feeling of greater breadth thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. The high level of comfort is guaranteed both by the quality of the furnishings and appliances and by its location on the top floor of the building, a feature that makes it particularly quiet. Furthermore from the living room you can enjoy a pleasant view of the northern area of Milan. To get around you will have the Metro line 1 (red) with the stops of San Babila at about 200 meters, or Duomo at about 300 meters. from where both line 1 (red) and line 3 (yellow) pass. For those traveling by car there is a paid underground car park about 70 meters away where it is advisable to leave the car and move around by Metro, Taxi or Tram. Inquire about ZTL accesses (Area C) to avoid penalties.
