It 's a self-catering apartment composed of a room with queen size bed, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom, with all comforts and amenities of a hotel.
In a central location (near Porta Venezia), and served by subway and by surface transportation. From here you can walk to several museums and art galleries and reach two of the most important shopping areas of Milan: the famous Quadrilatero, the fashion district of Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga and Corso Buenos Aires, the shopping street with the highest density of shops in Milan and one of the longest street in Europe. In the area you can also find many bars and restaurants both traditional and ethnic. It is equipped with everything needed for breakfast.

We will welcome you personally on arrival and we will provide you with lot of useful advises and information on how to live the city at best. We will be at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay. You will be provided with bathrobes and foam slippers, courtesy line bath, iPad, free WiFi, LCD television, air conditioning, heating, books and city guides and a rich continental breakfast including fresh fruit, homemade muffins, milk, yogurt, butter, jam, bread, croissants, cornflakes, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, tea and herbal tea.

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. From the moment we landed in Milan it was perfect, our experience with Michela. The apartment itself is clean & beautiful. It is very large and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is beautiful and within steps of the train station that takes you to the Duomo - 2 stops away! Michela made us delicious brownies and we had a stocked kitchen for breakfast every morning. Thank you Michela and Marco for everything! We loved Milan and your apartment!

A lovely apartment situated within easy walking distance of all the major sites in Milan and only a few streets away from the fashion district. The apartment had everything we needed, it was quiet and peaceful (rare to find in a city), really well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and Michela stocked the fridge with a wonderful selection of food for our breakfasts from bread, bacon, cold meats, yogurts, eggs, croissants, and the chocolate brownies she left for us were delicious. We cannot thank Michela enough for making our holiday so enjoyable, the information she provided was so helpful and at the end of our holiday, when she couldn't get us a cab, she drove us herself to the car rental company we needed to get to. How many people would go that far for their customers? Thank you so much Michela for everything you did for us - we loved Milan and meeting you was Simply the Best. All best wishes, Roy and Helen

Dans un quartier de Milan sans trop de touristes, un véritable petit appartement dans un bel immeuble du siècle dernier. Très confortable, une vraie salle de bains, une vraie chambre, on s'y sent à l'aise, l'accueil parfait de Daniela en prime, très proche du centre ...Tutto bene, carton plein, le sans faute, mais ne le répétez à personne !

The appartment is very convenient, with one bedroom and a sleeping sofa in the living room. Kitchen is well-equipped, breakfast is cared for. There is a baker two houses away if needed. A shower instead of a tub w/shower would be appreciated and is announced. The street is not busy but the appartment is conveniently situated near public transport and many good restaurants. The host, Michela, is charming and will help you in any way she can. Would definitely go back there for another stay in Milan.

We loved staying at Kramer Street. Michela is an amazing hostess and went out of her way to make us feel at home. she met us on arrival and also made herself available to us anytime during our stay.We especially loved all the little details (breakfast ingredients, delicious muffins, iPad and various guide books etc.) You couldn't wish for anything better. we had stayed in milan several times before but this was the best value yet! grazie mille!

Nice well decorated apartment with all the facilities one needs for a short - medium stay in Milan. Functional location with transport, restaurants and shops nearby. Very helpful owner. The breakfast included was a nice thoughtful touch. Great value!

We stayed here for1 night before leaving italy.. So wish we had longer.. The apartment had everything you needed.. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast, drinks.. The location is very central and we walked in to the city of milan.. Check in was very easy.. Michela the owner could not have done anymore.. We will definitley stay again when we return to milan in the future.

Absolutely great. Perfect little haven in busy city. Nice restaurants around. We walked to most places and shops from the handy location of the apartment. The kids shared the sofa bed and that worked well. Michela was very helpful and welcoming.

We considered Kramer 22 our home for a week. It was well furnished and very comfortable with excellent wireless internet connection that allowed us to plan our daily trips to the tourist spots in town, and side trips out of town. And that made our holiday that much more memorable! Thank you Michela!
