Villa El Palomar is located in Mijas Village, is south facing and enjoys sea and mountain views.

It is superbly situated, only 300 mts. from the entrance of the charming andalusian village of Mijas Pueblo, one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain, and 15 minutes driving from the nearest beaches and vibrant nightlife of Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos. Via highway it is a short trip to the stunning city of Malaga or to posh and fashionable Marbella.

Villa El Palomar has four double bedrooms (one separate from the house, completely independent with own bathroom), sleeping up to 8 people, fitted wardrobes, four bathrooms: upstairs one en suite bathroom with bathtub, one shared bathroom with bath unit. Downstairs, an additional full family bathroom with shower and in the independent bedroom a bathroom with shower.

Spacious and comfortable lounge with fireplace, separate TV room, and a completely equipped kitchen, with everything you will need to make your holiday an enjoyable one.

The living room and the kitchen have air-conditioning/heating and all bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating system.

The villa is all fenced and very private, has a splendid south facing terrace with patio furniture, ideal for BBQs, a big garden with grass and a smaller side terrace.

From the terrace, you can descend to the pool and gardens with a level lawn, perfect for sunbathing or for children to play on. It has as well a gorgeous views on the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding hills.

The property has a large private parking, it has telephone, WIFI Internet Connection and Sat TV.

The kitchen is provided with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, water kettle and all required cooking utensils.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
