Description

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area of the village of Mijas, but within a very short walk there are shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The older part of Mijas is full of character with white washed houses and cobbled streets. The nearest beaches are 5 km away and various destinations like Marbella, Fengirola and Porto Benuse can be quickly reached by car or public transport. A car is not essential.

With one double bedroom and two twin rooms and a secure gated garden the apartment is ideal for families with plenty to do in the area.

The apartment has a seperate kitchen which has recently been renovated and has fully fitted units and a granite work top. The luxury bathroom and shower room are fully tiled and have quality fittings. The apartment has air conditioning so can be cool in the Summer and for evenings during the Winter time can be heated.

Fast free fibre optic internet is now fitted and the lounge TV is connected to the internet and has all the English channels, a vast selection of films and catch up. There is a second TV in the rear twin bedroom which shows DVD's only.

The garden is beautifully maintained with lovely shrubs and an orange and lemon tree. As the apartment is on the ground floor you can just step through the patio doors of the lounge or kitchen, onto the terrace and across the lawn to the large swimming pool. There is a table and chairs for outside dining and awnings which can be unwound when the sun is at its fiercest.

“Beautiful relaxing holiday”

I recently stayed here with my family the accomodation and ameniies were excllent. It was so homely we all agreed that we could have stayed longer. The apartment is in an ideal location so peaceful but also close to the village and all restraunts and bars.
