“Wonderful rental”

We have just arrived home from a wonderful holiday at Miraflores. We stayed two weeks in this lovely villa which was very spacious with two double bedrooms and large en suite bathrooms with air conditioning throughout. The kitchen had all the mod cons you would need and the dining/living area was extremely comfortable. The villa has 2 large terraces with dining areas and sun loungers and two further smaller terraces going off the bedrooms, all terraces have sun all round with awnings to give you shade. There is a great utility room built into the garage area which is very convenient if coming home from the beach! The villa is set behind a gated entrance so we felt very secure. The pool area was delightful and was never busy. All in all would highly recommend this villa to couples or families alike.

“A lovely, very spacious house built to a high specification”

This is a lovely spacious house in an elevated position on a small gated complex, well away from the very busy A7 (N340). The apartment was really clean and we found it be very quiet at night. We were very impressed by the under-floor heating which was particularly nice to have in the large en-suite early in the mornings as my husband and I went in November. The weather was warm and sunny every day, with a cool breeze. The temperature was cooler early in the mornings and evenings but still a lot better than in the UK. Sunshine was on one terrace in the mornings and on the front terrace in the afternoons, so there was always shade somewhere if needed. The bed was very comfortable and large; 2 x 3' beds put together, (They stayed in place perfectly - no movement or falling through the middle!) and soft duvets. There are shops and a supermarket near the entrance to Riviera del Sol, which is beautifully kept and there is another supermarket not far from the house, selling a lot of English brands, which is useful if you need to know the ingredients). There is a very good Chinese Restaurant called Slow Boat, in Calahonda (The next exit along the A7?) On the seafront there is a new wide boardwalk, making it particularly easy to stroll with baby buggies, wheelchairs, etc. to La Cala, and in the other direction to Cabopino and beyond. When completed this walkway will run for about 50 k. We would return to this property.

“Spacious and well equipped home from home.”

We rented this house for 2 weeks in September. It is in a small, gated community and has sea views. Two of the terraces are really large, both with sun beds and tables and electric awnings. It is quite. A steep approach and we had a car, which we would recommend. The house has excellent facilities. The 2 bedrooms are large with great storage. The bathrooms both have double sinks and large walk in showers. The air con was really efficient. The kitchen is really well equipped; the owners provided condiments and herbs, lots of pots and pans and even tea light holders. The owners left us wine and beer in the fridge which was really thoughtful. The owners were easily contactable by email and were very helpful with directions, instructions, etc. Wi fi was provided and the tv had lots of channels including several English channels.
