This stunning, spacious 3 storey townhouse is located on a typically Spanish complex with pretty streets and plazas. Although very traditional, the house has been modernised internally and offers a high standard of accommodation. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location Pueblo Mijitas is perfect. Fuengirola and La Cala are only 10 mins drive away allowing total flexibility to suit all needs. Mijas Pueblo is a 20 min drive from Mijas Golf.

The front of the house is on street level and there are stunning views from the back of the property overlooking mountains. The huge pool is accessed from the terrace of the house.

Terrace - south facing terrace with dining table and chairs, BBQ, large sun shade and wooden steps to the pool via a private gate.

The large pool is set in spacious, attractive gardens with gated access via electronic key card for residents/clients only.

There is a newly opened Italian restaurant on the complex with a great atmosphere,a reasonably priced menu and it is very child friendly.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is still one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. It offers 340 days of sunshine per year and is the ideal destination for all year round holidays. The region is good value for money and a 3 course meal with wine (Menu del dia) can be enjoyed from 7 ; per person. On average a coffee costs 1-1.50 , sunbeds on the beach 4-6 , pint of lager 3-4 making the Costa del Sol a cost effective holiday destination. There are miles of sandy beaches which offer a variety of watersports (in season) as well as beach clubs and traditional Spanish beach bars. There are also many quiet beaches and most have toilets, showers and children's play equipment. As well as beaches the towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Malaga offer fantastic shopping from modern shopping centres to traditional Spamish markets. There are also numerous harbours and ports along the coast and a wide variety of attractions (horse riding, waterparks, a theme park (Tivoli), go-karting, cinemas, a zoo, Sealife centre, a crocodile park etc, etc)

The region boasts many award winning golf courses with Mijas Golf on the doorstep.

Mijas

As the complex is 10 minutes inland, it offers easy access to mountains or sea ! A car is advised in order to get the most from your holiday. There are numerous supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive from Spanish hypermarkets to Iceland (which has a huge range of our favourite treats, as well as an excellent butchery counter.)

A wide range of restaurants are within easy reach (BY CAR) which suit all tastes and budgets. There is a family friendly reasonably priced Italian restaurant and bar on the complex and a 4* hotel (Eurostars Mijas) directly opposite.

The mountains are on the doorstep which allows keen walkers to have direct access to a range of stunning walks.

Mijas Pueblo is one of the most charming white towns in the Cosat del Sol. It is a 20 min drive from the house. While being a popular tourist attraction, it has kept much of its charm. Mijas is located high up on a mountainside and there is plenty to see and do as well as amazing restaurants and a variety of shops selling arts, crafts, clothes and souvenirs.
