Los Olivos is beautiful . Its many terraces cascade down the mountain that this special villa is perched on, making for great views and unspoilt peace.

The main house benefits from mostly en-suite shower rooms. The fantastic gardens boast a pool with optional heating (available from £150.00 PW, Jacuzzi from £100 PW)

November to April £250 , Jacuzzi £150 Per Week,

The pool has graduated roman style steps, ideal for the kiddies and lose less steady on their feet...and the garden has a built in BBQ waiting to cater for those Andalusian al fresco evenings!!! The villa is fully air-conditioned and features a 42" TV. There is also free WI FI . This makes for a fantastic holiday home, ideal for up to three families wanting to holiday together, yet wishing for a little 'space '. There is a weekly maid service after 10 nights stay.

Also a Garden suite that sleeps 2 ( 1x four poster bed ) available to rent

at £ 250 Per Week.

Location of the Villa is prime. Quiet and peaceful yet centrally located with Mijas village only 3 mins by car. Fuengirola and its beaches only 10 mins by car. Marbella / Porto Banus 25 mins by car, Malaga 30 mins by car.

Whilst the main house sleeps 10 ( 3x double, 1x twin, 1x bunk-bed ), the Garden guest suite sleeps 2 in a four poster bed, with walk in en suit shower room.

The Entrance to the main villa is on the living room level, as is one of the double bedroom with en suit. This bedroom has its own terrace with views of the pool and gardens.

Up from this level is the fully fitted kitchen, dining area, utility room, access to terrace with seating area. Across the terrace, ( with dining area for up to 8 ) one has access to the separate garden suite.

Down from this living room level one finds the main accommodation.. 1 double bedroom with fantastic mural painted walls, and a smaller room with bunk-bed. These two rooms share a shower room. Down a few stairs to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

Next to this is a double master bedroom with dressing room area, en suit bathroom and direct access to the gardens.

The pool area enjoys almost all day sunshine, and is well equipped with sun loungers / sun beds. There is also a pool side fridge ! so trips for a coke or a beer are all the more short ! Your surrounding gardens are lush, and beautifully maintained by the gardener, and boast fruit and lemon trees.
