Set within its own 8 acre cinnamon plantation and designed by Sri Lanka's preeminent architect Samadara is a true Sri Lankan gem.

Fresh to the market this fully-staffed estate is only 20 minutes from the Galle Fort and in close proximity to many of the best beaches. Despite its convenient location the Villa is extremely secluded with uninterrupted views over paddy fields. A perfect natural retreat with the silence only interrupted by the odd peacock cry and chanting from the nearby monastery.

The stylish Villa offers 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds all with their own private terraces, private outdoor bathrooms, wifi and air-conditioning. There is also a further room above the yoga studio for bedding if required. There is luxury interior design, including art and antiques, throughout the property.

The Villa boasts generous relaxation space (both indoors and outdoors), a library and TV room, a yoga room, well equipped modern kitchen, dining areas, drawing room, BBQ facilities and of course the extensive swimming pool.

The villa comes fully-staffed and 24 hour security. A driver can also be arranged and the Villa has the benefit of its own tuk-tuk. The Estate also has it's own organic vegetable garden and copious coconuts trees, the produce of which you will undoubtedly enjoy during your stay.

There is free WiFi with high speed internet access throughout the Villa and garden.

Getting around

A private driver can be arranged at request. The train station and bus stop is a short 5-10 minutes drive from the Villa. The Estate also has its own tuk-tuk. We can arrange private transfer from Colombo International airport and other locations. There is also ample private parking at the Estate.

Interaction with guest

There are staff who live on site (in their own quarters) as well as 24 hour security. You will be met on your arrival by our friendly English-speaking house manager, called Madura. Guests are welcome to ask as many questions as they like via messenger, including recommendations for eating and drinking (although Madura, born in the local area, is a great first port of call).
