Gateway Cottage in Middleton-in-Teesdale, just ten miles from Barnard Castle is a delightful, Grade II listed, stone built terraced house. Full of character and charm, Gateway Cottage has been furnished and decorated to a high standard. The cosy sitting room has a multi fuel stove which makes it an excellent room to relax in. Gateway Cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms - one king size double and one twin. A ground floor bathroom along with a modern, well equipped kitchen and separate dining room makes Gateway Cottage an ideal cottage for families or a couple. A superb front garden with furniture and BBQ is a wonderful way to dine on a summers evening and there is also ample roadside parking to the front of the cottage. The nearest shop is only 100 yards away and the nearest pub is 300 yards from the cottage. Gateway Cottage is in a perfect location within Middleton-in-Teesdale which has many amenities and with waterfalls, countryside and Barnard Castle nearby, Gateway Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the area.
