We are situated close to the visitor attractions of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Heights of Abraham, Bakewell, Matlock Bath, Ashbourne and Buxton. The cottage is an ideal base for walkers.

Outdoor pursuits, bird watching, fishing, climbing, history lovers or for just totally relaxing. Many of the pubs have a full range of locally brewed beers.
