Description

Four beautifully converted properties within walking distance of Offa's Dyke.

Holt Farm lies in attractive, rolling hill country on the borders of Herefordshire and Monmouthshire, at the end of a long private track. It is a wonderful, peaceful location and has immediate access to superb walks and rides. The organically run farm is at 900 feet and a footpath rises behind to a hill with direct access to Offa's Dyke and the Black Mountains, affording extensive views.

The Stable is a generously proportioned cottage, which has undergone a complete transformation from traditional farm stabling to provide luxuriously appointed accommodation, graded four star Gold Award by Visit England. The Stable benefits from a sunny aspect in summer and winter. Oak framed glass doors lead into a light, spacious living room with stone flag floor, underfloor heating, comfortable sofas (one being a double sofa bed), and ancient oak dining table. Hand crafted, oak kitchen accessed from living room or designated car parking area. Set under the eaves and accessed via an ornate spiral staircase from the living room is a spacious, very light double bedroom with Hereford oak flooring, king size bed and TV. The ensuite shower room/wc offers an extra large shower enclosure.

Outside there is a sheltered outdoor patio with outdoor dining table and chairs, barbecue and views of the landscaped courtyard, orchard and countryside.
