A bright ocean front apartment located right by Miami Beach. Fully furnished in the best style so that you and your family can enjoy an excellent vacation. Our apartment has 1bedroom with 1 full bathroom, towels, sheets, wifi, security and valet parking. The master bedroom includes 2 Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, full closet, wide length window that overlooks the beach and 1 bathroom. . You can enjoy dining and entertainment in the generously-sized living room that includes a full length sofa bed , flat-screen TV, study area and dining setting that accommodates 4 guests. Glass sliding doors will lead you out into the balcony where you can relax while appreciating the wonderful view of the beach. The modern-crafted kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with the necessary tools you'll need to cook delicious meals.

You can enjoy a fully furnished apartment where you can feel at home.

Direct exit to Collins Avenue, a fully equipped gym and only 20 minutes away from Aventura Mall.

I acknowledge that I have rented a Condo Unit and that the owner or the realtor is who I need to ask for anything. Employees or other owners of the association are not responsible for my rental agreement of the unit.

I understand that the building is a Condominium and as such it is to be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quietness before the hours of 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.

I have enough fobs for my entire party and if for some reason I don't have it with me or at all I will sign in with the valet and show them my identification.

I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else.

I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00.

I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries.

I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include the pool backyard.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pro Miami (the owner) a message.

If Pro Miami (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
