With a great location, only 3 blocks from El Zocalo and one block from Plaza Santo Domingo, you'll have everything nearby.

You will love the comfort of the bed, the kitchen, the cozy space and big bathroom. We can give you an invoice for your stay.

The Space:

The top-notch location, decoration, amenities, service, and confort of the place will guarantee a great stay in Mexico City! The apartment is in a recently renovated classic building, it has a large roof garden overlooking dozens of domes and beautiful sunsets. The building has a gym, laundry, BBQ and WIFI. In the apartment, there´s a very comfortable Queen Size Bed, a super comfy sofa-bed, large bathroom, equipped kitchen and dining table, mini-fridge, microwave, oven, Large 4KTV.

Guest Access:

The apartment by itself is great, but with amenities such as:

- A super cool rooftop with a grill to cook your favorite steaks.

- The gym with the best view in town.

- A lounge area with a big screen TV for special events.

- Laundry with shared Washer and Dryer

- 24 hour security guards


Interaction with Guests:

Usually I'm not in the building as I'm a frequent traveller, but either the doorman or cleaning ladies can assist you with your stay. For any questions you may have you can contact me or Jess. Our working hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The Neighborhood:

The building is just a few steps away from the beautiful Santo Domingo Square, which you will reach by walking along a traditional cobbled street (just as they did in ancient times) and where you will find a beautiful example of colonial architecture, although its history goes back to the pre-colonial era, because this place was where the Palace of Cuauhtémoc was located. You will be just blocks from important archaeological sites such as the Templo Mayor Museum and other tourist attractions such as the Alameda, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Zócalo, the Temple and the Plaza de Santa Catarina (resting place of the Virgin of Guadalupe), the National Museum of Art, the Mining Palace, the Franz Mayer Museum, the Museum of Memory and Tolerance, the Museum of Popular Art, the Metropólitan Theater and the Hidalgo Theater, among many, many others.

Getting Around:

The building is surrounded by subway stations such as Garibaldi, Bellas Artes, Allende and Zócalo. Bus #4 can take you directly from the airport and you need to get off in the station "Republica de Chile" and walk one Bloch through plaza de Santo Domingo between the arches and find the building on the end of the street (Leandro Valle) on the right corner. Various bus routes and site taxis circulate around the area. Besides, you will have the option of Uber service and similar platforms.

Other Things to Note:

The apartment is in a newly renovated building which is part of the revitalization project of the Historical Center of Mexico City. You'll have to fill a brief survey which we will send online for your checkin.

How do damage deposits work?
