TWO properties in a newly renovated luxury Burgundian vigneron's stone barn in the heart of world famous Meursault, with 50 wine producers on the doorstep. A 2 minute stroll to the beautiful village square with all you need for self catering as well as a good choice of restaurants. A short driving distance or taxi ride away to an extensive selection of the region's best restaurants including 3 Michelin Stars.

The houses are slightly different in style - please contact the owner for photos and availability for House No 2, which is available from January 2013 onwards.

Both houses are cool and calm with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms featuring high quality beds, linens and powerful showers. Extensively equipped kitchen including wine fridge and basic ingredients for your use, nespresso machine, satellite tv, free wifi, and all home comforts for modern living.

Amazing views from living areas and bedrooms. Enjoy the generous outside space, with the garden right on the edge of the vines, and longer distance views to the hills. Providing several seating areas, a jacuzzi, outside dining with BBQ and boules court area, the garden is a positive sun trap.

Perfect for exploring the wonders of Burgundy and its wines for those who would like to cook as well as sample all that the restaurants and Caves of the Cote d'Or have to offer, for families wanting to experience life in a French wine village and a romantic getaway for couples.

Sadly as the garden level is several steps below the house and the bathrooms are upstairs, this is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

One bathroom has a bath and shower over, the other a very large shower.

Both bedrooms have 6ft beds, one of which can be converted into twin beds. Additional single beds can be provided in this room if 5 guests are required, or 6 subject to discussion. (House 2 has two 6ft beds, one of which can be twins, one large shower ensuite and one stunning walk in shower, free standing bath, two basin ensuite bathroom)

Very well equipped kitchen - this is our home in France and we love to cook! (House 2 has a range)

Large garden overlooking the vineyards and hills beyond. The garden is shared between this house and our second property, also part of the stone barn. Each property has a separate bbq, table & chairs with parasol for privacy. The shared area has a jacuzzi, large decking area, and extremely comfortable outside sofas. Spa towels are provided for the jacuzzi.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
