"elia" has the best view , because it is on the first floor.
the loft has a low ceiling with a double mattress,
and a couch in the livingroom , that can fit 1 person.
spacious sunny kitchen, bathroom, Wifi, ceiling fan and extra floor fan.
our property is away from noise and traffic.
we wake with the sounds of of the local shepard's sheep, and the birds...
we are on a hillside, 50 meters above the sea level, in 4600m2 of an olive grove, perfect trees for reading, eating, and for siesta..
beautiful view of the aegean sea, sun set, and moon rise!
romantic walk to Asklipiion, and platani village with its famous turkish cuisine.
3.5 Km to Kos town, and 2km. to golden sandy beaches...
if you dont want to rent a car, you can always rent a bicycle, or motorbike.
we are friendly family owners, also we cultivate our own organic vegetables, that we would like to share with you, so be our guest!

This beautiful and unique place over looking Hypocrates hills at the back and the sea side of Kos with Turkey on the background is a most idillic and gorgeous location for a short or a long holiday. One can go for treks with a picnic to the highest mountain in the Island or go down the seaside and rent a horse to go on a seaside expedition. Kos town is very close by and only a 20 minutes bike ride, so don't forget to rent a bike as this can also be an amazing way to discover. The apartments are very clean, private and perfect for a single person, a couple of adults, or even a couple with a child. They are fully equipped with a little kitchen with its own fridge, terraces, table for two, own bathrooms, fridges and comfortable beds with nice pillows! They not only have everything but they are beautiful decorated by Anastasia, the owner of the house and artist in residence. The family who runs it and live in the main house are all delightful, helpful and very kind indeed. We loved grandma Rose with her little delicious treats. We loved the cats and rabbits, the olive groves and the lemon trees, the flowers in the garden and the most amazing sunsets too. I wish I could keep this place a secret but I also wish these kind and lovely hosts a great success too. I can highly recommend it to anyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
