Beautiful village house in Menthon St. Bernard with Lake and Mountain views. Situated at the footsteps of the Menthon St. Bernard castle, the house is 130m2 and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

It composes of: 3 bedrooms, a TV room (convertible to a 4th bedroom) 2 bath/shower, 2 separate toilets, living room, dining room and separate kitchen.

The interior of the house is currently being redecorated - so we will have more photos shortly.

A paradise for the outdoor enthusiast, food lovers, or for someone who just wants a quiet place in a dramatic setting.

Lake Annecy (also known as the Venice of France) offers: all water activities; has a designated cycle route around the entire lake that is safe for families; one of the world's most famous spots for para-gliding; great hikes and waterfalls; excellent local cuisine.

Lake Annecy, set in the Haute Savoie of the French Alps is a beautiful place for all seasons. A paradise for the outdoor enthusiast (offering excellent walking, cycling, mountain climbing and para-penting) the food lover (with delicious local cuisine and several 3 star Michelin restaurants), or someone who just wants to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The Lake.
The cleanest lake in Europe, Lake Annecy comes alive in summer. There are many rental spots around the lake for kayaking, boat rental, wake boarding, ect (no permits necessary). Also, the lake offers many different areas for sun bathing, eating and fishing.

Skiing.
In winter, you can enjoy its proximity many of the ski stations. La Clusaz, Grand Bornard, le Semnoz, less than 30 km driving are very family oriented.

Golf.
Annecy Golf course has a privileged situation, sitting on the nature reserve Roc de Chere, view long views overlooking the lake and is walking distance from the house.

Para-penting
One of the most famous places worldwide for parapenting, and home of the parapenting Olympics, the lake and mountains offer superb views during flight. Many schools are located less than 2 km from the house and tandem flights are available most of the year.

Hiking.
Discover the pleasures of walking and hiking around Lake Annecy. Enjoy the breath taking views of the surrounding mountains. Learn about and enjoy the life and food.

Biking.
With over 50 miles of bike path around the lake of Annecy and the surrounding area you will find suitable levels for everyone and the whole family. Many companies around the lake offer bike rentals and there are also trails throughout the mountains.

Menthon St Bernard

A unique 18th century village house, situated at the foothills of the Menthon St. Bernard castle in the village of Ramponnet. With views of the lake and mountains, the house is less than 1 km to the village of Menthon St. Bernard. Arguably one of the nicest villages on Lake Annecy, Menthon St. Bernard has a local bucher, fromagerie, excellent patisserie, supermarche, wine bar and several very good restaurants.
