“A Fantastic Cottage”

Reviewed 18 Apr 2017

We spent 2 nights at this beautful cottage, using it as our base for a walk up Snowdon. The cottage is truely wonderful, has everything you could need for a self catering cottage and both looks and feels so much like home. The bedroom is excellent with a lovely comfortable bed - perfect for resting a weary body after a long days walking. To be honest I cannot find a single fault. Communications with the owner were also excellent = we've never experienced such good, polite and caring communications. We are so grateful to Mair for everything. When we visit the area again we will definitely be hoping it is free for us to book once again.

“Lovely weekend retreat”

Reviewed 19 Dec 2016

We had a lovely weekend at the cottage. It's in a quiet location but close enough to enjoy a walk into Menai as well a walk over to Church Island. The wine and the flowers are a lovely bonus. Thanks Mair and Michael.

Brilliant modern little cottage! Made very welcome upon arrival and departure. Lovely place with plenty of things to do.

“Charming cottage in Menai Bridge”

Reviewed 3 Oct 2016

Cleverly modified barn conversion. Welsh stone exterior with modern fixtures and fittings. Excellent base for exploring the beautiful island of Anglesey. Everything you need in this cottage, including dishwasher, washing machine, and the most comfortable bed we have slept in. The wine and flowers left by the owner was a very nice touch, especially enjoyed sitting in the beautiful and peaceful garden. We will definitely return!

“Brilliant Accommodation”

Reviewed 18 Sep 2016

The converted coach house is delightful, and Mair and Michael are the perfect hosts. Conveniently located at the entry to Anglesey, the cottage provides an excellent location to explore the island itself as well as the North Wales coastline from Colwyn Bay down to Harlech and the areas around Criccieth and Pwllheli. With Waitress within a 5 minute walk, and excellent restaurants within Menai Bridge - try Dylans for fish and atmosphere - the area is ideal for R&R

“Perfectly formed!”

Everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. Good location within easy reach of great walks and places to visit. Local pubs and amenities. Supermarket 2 mins on foot. Quiet. Owners very friendly and amenable.
