Nestled in the sunny hills of Menaggio, this 2-level retreat provides a brand-new holiday escape to soak up an unforgettable vacation on the shores of Lake Como. The holiday apartment is part of a lakeside complex characterised by privacy, tranquillity, and a high-quality finish complete with all modern amenities. The complex also has a spacious pool area, where you can take a dip and lounge with a gorgeous backdrop of Lake Como.

The apartment itself has 2 sun-bathed gardens that are perfect to relax in welcoming peace and privacy on each floor. The upper-level garden features a terrace with alfresco dining, meanwhile, the lower one features stylish lounging. On the upper level, there is also a chic living room complete with wooden interiors and dominated by natural light, thanks to big glass doors leading out onto the terrace. A lounging area with a Smart TV and sofas, a dining set-up, and a full kitchen with built-in appliances complete the layout of the living room. Kitchen appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and coffee machine, and ensure a carefree stay here.

On the lower level, the apartment features a bedroom area and a second private garden from which guests have exclusive access to the common pool area. There are 3 bedrooms with a Smart-TV and a en-suite bathroom in each for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has excellent Wi-Fi coverage on both floors and the pool is open from 1st June to 1st October.

The apartment’s location is just a 5-minutes drive from Menaggio and the prestigious Menaggio and Cadenabbia golf club. There are also some nice and cosy restaurants amidst the hills as well as Menaggio for effortless eating out. Moreover, a hassle-free self-catered stay is ensured by the 24/7 Carrefour Supermarket, located a 10-minutes drive from here.

For those who wish to explore other gems of the area, several ferries depart from here within an hour to other famous destinations of Lake Como. Meanwhile, for Spring and Winter vacations, the Alpine ski resorts of Piani di Bobbio and Madesimo are both within easy reach from this holiday home. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
