<p>Famous for its pork pies and Stilton Cheese,the town of Melton Mowbray is home to a fantastic number of food and drink festivals that take place through the year,it's is no wonder that Melton Mowbray is known as the ‘Rural Capital of Food.’ The town itself is steeped in history and there is a walking heritage trail that explains the heritage of the town. To explore the countryside take one of the many footpaths that are within easy reach of the property and go on a nature adventure. Oakham,and Stamford can be easily accessed for its magnificent Georgian architecture,niche shopping as well as beautiful riverside meadows and the beautiful Rutland Water is just 15 miles away. Eye Kettleby Lakes Clubhouse is a short walk away offering breakfast,lunch and evening drinks.</p><p>Take a few steps up into the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Notice the beautiful stone floor that flows throughout the room complimented by subtle grey kitchen units and a stylish central dining table. The en-suite shower room is bright and airy offering a shower with digital controls to get the perfect water temperature and WC. The bathroom presents a beautiful freestanding bath just waiting for dark evenings for you to unwind and for a touch of opulence there is an integrated Bluetooth sound system. The final king-size bedroom is decorated in the neutral tones that feature throughout the property and overlooks the garden for a peaceful outlook.</p><p>Outside the property offers a fantastic hot tub which overlooks nearby fields. There is plenty of space outside with multiple seating areas to enjoy the summer sun and al fresco dining. The property is pet friendly and offers a fantastic enclosed dog exercise paddock to tire out our four legged friends safely. There is off-road parking for multiple cars and bike storage.</p>
