Set in an idyllic location near the ancient ruins of Melrose Abbey (perhaps the clue's in the name) and the River Tweed, No. 2 Abbey Mill Park is built in a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by lots of lovely open space.
It only takes a few minutes to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants, but if you'd prefer to travel by bike, the lock-up garage provides the perfect safe storage for all your equipment. For adventurous types, the famous St Cuthbert's Way starts practically on the cottage's doorstep, and you'll also find the Southern Upland Way conveniently passes its door.

NOTE: This property is conveniently located just two doors down from Abbeyside Cottage (INSERT LINK), which might be handy for extra large groups or family gatherings.

This accommodation can comfortably sleep up to five people, with one double room, one double room en-suite, and a single bedroom Upstairs, you'll find a full family bathroom, with a separate WC located
