Located in Mellieha, in one of the most desired locations on the Island, Villa Ida forms part of the unique, luxurious Holiday Villa resort in Malta. It is the perfect home for all those looking for a truly relaxed and unique holiday.

This Villa is the epitome of sophisticated living, boasting a larger than usual terrace overlooking the lush landscape of Santa Maria Estate valley. On this terrace one finds a lavish infinity pool, an excellent way to cool off in the notoriously sweltering Maltese summers. The pool is framed by a comfortable BBQ and outdoor dining area, perfect for poolside lunches and al fresco dinners in the summer night breeze. A swanky lounge area can also be found on the terrace, featuring modern rattan sofas and a large umbrella to deflect the sun's rays. This area is ideal for enjoying a hot beverage in the morning as the sun is rising, or for having refreshing cocktails by the breath-taking view of the pool and valley below.

The contemporary kitchen overlooks this terrace, with floor to ceiling windows flooding the room in natural light. This complements the light, neutral colour scheme of the kitchen area, creating a peaceful aura of space ideal for preparing home cooked meals. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, for a truly home away from home experience. The adjoining dining and living area further elaborate on the neutral hues, combining eye-catching pops of colour through its feature wall and décor. The dining area seats 10 persons comfortably, while the living area provides further sources of entertainment through its flat-screen cable TV. This area also enjoys a lot of natural light, with windows overlooking the terrace.

Villa Ida boasts five spacious bedrooms – the main bedroom is embellished with warm, homely colours, and equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. The villa features 2 more double bedrooms both modern in style yet not lacking in comfort with one of them having a complete en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Furthermore, the house comprises of two triple bedrooms providing further resting space. These bedrooms follow the same warm colour palette as the other bedrooms, with stylish modern furniture in corresponding neutral colours. The floor comes compete with further 2 more family bathrooms both with shower cubicle.

An indoor pool can also be found on the lower floor at Villa Ida, complete with jacuzzi jets, as well as a sauna for a truly relaxing, spa-like experience. The Villa also possesses a gym area, ideal for anyone wanting to keep up their fitness regime. Topped over by a games room. Try your hand at some pool on the grand billiard table.

Villa Ida can be described as the perfect home away from home for anyone looking to have a truly family holiday in Malta. If you are looking for a fun-filled holiday in a stunning location with ensured privacy, yet still close to the town center – then Villa Ida is the perfect accommodation for you.

Free WiFi and TV are available throughout the villa. The villa comes complete with wall hung a/cs in each room including gym and games room. Also free parking is available at the premises for 2 family cars.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.

A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:

300 KWh- for villa free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.

Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
