Barley Close is a warm and cosy cottage with an open fire with an ample supply of logs. A wonderful location in a peaceful Conservation Village with an historic water splash.The cottage is close to Melbury Park which has a large historic mansion and a deer park with many footpaths and bridleways ideal for walking and bird watching. The garden is pretty, safe and secure for children with garden furniture and Barbeque. In addition there is a 1 acre paddock for outside games. Ample off road parking for 2 vehicles
The village has a pub, church and childrens play area within walking distance.

The coast at Weymouth is 35 minutes by car or by train from Yetminster station which is a 10 mins drive away away. There are lots of attractions close by Sherborne and its castle a 15 minute drive, Bridport and its market 3Omins away and the historic village of Evershot with its links to Thomas Hardy 5mins drive away.
In addition there are numerous National Trust properties within a short

extremely well kept cottage having beaytiful view in a very pretty and quiet village.the cottage has all that is needed and it very pleasant! we are happy to be the first to provide this excellent feedback and are sorry we had to leave!
