For at-home entertainment, the home includes a home-theatre style room with an included AppleTV and PlayStation 3 for both easy streaming of your favourite TV shows and movies and for easy entertainment with the kids. A fireplace is also included in the tv-room, which can be used for a cosier and warm experience on even the coldest days. The master bedroom also has a 50 inch flatscreen television for late-night entertainment.

A wide glass sliding window is in place facing towards the northerly view of the city, making accessibility a big advantage to this holiday home. The living room has direct access to the polished wood deck overseeing the swimming pool and tennis court. From here you can lounge on one of the many deck chairs, have a barbecue using the provided grill or even sit at the large glass table and have a beer amongst friends and family while the children play on the tennis court.

The pool and tennis court on this property are of premium quality, with a high-quality filter installed in the pool to ensure cleanliness as well as steps to ensure safety when entering and exiting the pool. The pool has a varying depth from 1.0m to 1.8m. The tennis court is covered in a layer of high quality synthetic grass for a non slip experience. A high chain link fence is provided, as well as tennis rackets and high quality tennis balls, to minimise ball fetching and required luggage. Four high brightness flood lights are installed around the tennis court. to allow for night-time play. One soccer goal is also included for extra variety.

The beach is an 18 minute walk or 2 minute drive away, and has all the necessary shops for everyday living, such as an IGA for groceries and liquor as well as restaurants, bakeries, a fish and chip store and a hair and beauty salon. Directly across the road from this shopping strip is the beach, which is lifeguard monitored and much less busy than the main beaches in Mornington or Melbourne.
