• You will be charged a cleaning fee to cover reasonable cleaning costs. However if you leave the apartment in an Unreasonably dirty state we will charge you an additional cost of cleaning.

• Respect other tenants’ privacy by keeping early hour’s noise to a minimum.

• Any damage to the furniture or walls will be charged.

Accommodation Booking Policy:

• Minimum of 2 nights stay.

• $400.00. Deposit required to secure your booking request. After it has been officially accepted your deposit becomes the Security Bond.

• The Deposit will NOT be refunded if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to you arrival.

• Weekly and Monthly rates available.

Please note, that if you are a party of more than 4 and would like to stay in the same location let us know as we have contact with another apartment in the same building.

The Victoria region

You will not be disappointed in our facilities and location. There is a Super Tram Stop outside the front door with Free Tram travel within the CBD. We are adjacent to the Town Hall, short walk to major shopping centres, entertainment and food centres.

If you are flying into Melbourne Airport you can be at the apartment in about 35-45 minutes by either Taxi or Sky Bus.

The Sky Bus will cost you $18.00 per person and takes you to the Southern Cross Station in Spencer St. From here it is a free tram ride to the apartment on the corner of Collins and Swanston St.

If you take a taxi it will cost you from $65 to $75 , trip time and traffic dependent but you can be dropped off in front of the apartment.
