THE SPACE

Modern and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the CBD, just opposite Melbourne's iconic Etihad Stadium & Southern Cross Station. With the Skybus terminal, Southern Cross Station and, free tram right at the building, you can explore Melbourne with ease!

This newly renovated 1 bedroom spacious apartment is filled with abundance of natural light. Enjoy the convenient Melbourne CBD living style with shops and cafes across the road. There is even a Coles Supermarket and a Asian Grocery shop just across the road. Tramlines are at your doorstep. The free city circle tram is just a 4 minutes walk from the apartment. A short stroll will bring you to the Docklands, Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex and South Wharf DFO.

The apartment is just opposite the Southern Cross Station where the Skybus terminal is located. So getting to/from the Melbourne airport via the Skybus is really easy!

NOTE : Apartment is for up to 4 occupants whether it's adults or children. Be aware the second bed is the Sofa Bed (refer below for details)!!!

INTERACTION WITH GUEST

You will be met in person and given a brief intro to the building and the whereabouts to visit in Melbourne.

Please provide your (1) arrival flight number, (2) arrival time and (3) departure time so that I can plan the time for me to meet you and for the cleaners to come in.

CAR PARKING

Indoor private car park is available for $20 per day. Please let me know in advance if you need car parking.

CAR RENTAL

You can rent a car from Budget, Avis, Europcar and Thrifty in the Southern Cross Station which is directly across the road!

Why can't I call Simon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simon (the owner) a message.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
