We are nestled between the central business district, QV Centre and the Queen Victoria Market. We are only a five minute walk to Melbourne's central shopping area.

We are 2 minutes walking distance to shops and transport and booking a taxi is available from the reception.

Nearby Amenities include Hair dressing salons, pubs, convenience stores, ALDI supermarket, Seven Eleven, IGA, and internet cafes.

We are located at the fringe of Melbourne CBD & 30 mins by taxi.

No smoking inside (you may smoke on the balcony, but please close the door behind you), strictly no parties, yelling or loud music.

Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10pm.

We request that guests keep the apartment clean and tidy, washing up in the kitchen / bathroom after themselves at all times.

Don't forget to leave access card, key and Mykis in the apartment when you check out.
