Little Charles is a fabulous location with easy access to some wonderful shopping & dining streets. The trams are 200m away for easy access to other parts of the city. The house is very comfortable for 4 people & nicely furnished. Luxico were very helpful and welcoming. Only negative was we could hear our neighbours movements at times especially walking up the stairs. Expected, I suppose, in a period townhouse. It really suited our purpose. Thanks.
Thank-you for your review. We really appreciate it. Kind regards Sian LUXICO

"Cute funky house with everything you need in a great location"
Very cute little house in a great spot just off Smith St. Fitzroy. It had pretty much everything you'd need for a getaway - coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, open fire, etc. Very nicely furnished with quality linen. Perfect house for 4 - one bedroom is a loft. I would definitely return.
Thanks so much for taking the time to review Little Charles. We hope to see you again soon!
