From the owner

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and garden area. The apartment features a bedroom with king size bed and a living area with two comfortable double sofas bed and satelite TV. There is a dining area and the fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare meals in. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, another toilet features washing machine. Apartment is full airconditioned. Baby cot on request.

This is ideal place for rest and the recreation, a stress free environment in the green surroundings, with the pool, yet just across the road from the superb pebble beach Kaštelet, far from the crowds yet close to the center of the city, 20-30 minutes walk along the coast to the historic city center or 5 minutes bus ride, bus stop being across the street. Public parking available in front of house.

How do damage deposits work?

If Paola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
