Beach apartman Split is escape to a perfect romantic hideaway where you can swim in the morning on beach 25 m away from apartman in crystalclear sapphire sea, where you can enjoy nature surrounded by lush green plants and spectacular sunshine incomplete with best Dalmatian Mediterranean cuisine.
Apartment is situated in peaceful part of city Split and and yet is far enough to be in a complete peaceful surrounding of city noise.
It is located just above beautiful beach , this is vacation paradise, rest for body and soul.
House is made for 4-6 persons , has living and dining room , bathroom and outdoor space to relax, drink coffee and read surrounded by gardens vegetations.
Free private parking , center of the city is 1,5 km away, in the center you can find interesting activities, from sightseeing to the many cafes,restaurants, shops, fast foods , bakeries and street performers.

Marjan is hill above the apartman and offers a view of the entire city, the surrounding islands, and the nearby mountains of Mosor and Kozjak.
The hill was intensively forested (large parts of it were barren until then),many recreational facilities were built, including jogging tracks, a road system encircling the peninsula, a maritime research institute, the Split City Zoo (now fallen into disrepair), botanical garden (recently abandoned) and a water pipeline reaching all the way to the top of the hill. The authorities also constructed the city weather station and two "vidilice", or "look-out points", as resting places connected with a long stairway all the way to the Diocletian's
Palace, the "Riva" promenade and the rest of the city center.
For the visitor, Marjan contains lovely walks through pine woods and a couple of important churches including the church of Sv. Nicholas on Marjan, 15th century Church of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows, 15th century church of church of Sv. Jere and 9th century church of St. George.
Around the coastline of Marjan are several coves and bays which are popular with bathers. Also along the southern edge are the Mestrovic Gallery & Museum and the Holy Cross Chapel, both important tourist attraction

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
