From the owner

This fully air-conditioned apartment is situated on the first floor overlooking the garden area in a private Condominium. Accessed by lift or stairs, the apartment boasts of a large sunny terrace with bbq, sun loungers, table & chairs. On entering the apartment there is a well equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven,fridge ,separate freezer, microwave and Nespresso type coffee making machine) which looks through into the lounge/ dining room. The lounge is beautifully furnished and there are sliding doors leading onto the terrace. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and an inflatable single bed and cot on request . The apartment is fully equipped with free, unlimited Wi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD surround sound player (with a wide selection of DVDs to watch) and a Bluetooth speaker for connection with iPod, smart phone etc.
There is a double bedroom with spacious wardrobe and sliding patio doors which also lead onto the terrace. There is a separate full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower.
The Condominium with its well-kept garden areas has a large adult swimming pool, a toddlers swimming pool and playground area. There is also a reception area, garage with elevator to apartment and all accesses have security codes. Within easy walking distance of Marina (5 minutes), beach (10 minutes) and town center (10 minutes). There is a very nice restaurant within the grounds of the complex.
Lagos is a unique little jewel in the Algarve. It offers a balance of the charm and history of the Portuguese culture with a blend of creature comforts and facilities to please the desires of the most discerning tourist. The warmth of Lagos and people make it difficult to resist falling in love with this seaside town. Lagos offers something for everyone; beautiful beaches, marina, great restaurants and bars, history and a labyrinth of cobbled streets that make up the old town.

Why can't I call Julie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
