Casa Do Nascer Sol (House of the Rising Sun) is a beautifully located tastefully decorated and furnished 3 storey town house opposite Meia Praia beach (200 metres). If you are looking for a contemporary , spacious, fully equipped property , a home from home with stunning views you won't be disappointed.

Each double bedroom is 4.6mt x 4.3mt inc fitted wardrobes. The bedroom on the lower floor has an en-suite, enough space to be together and also to have time to yourself.

The twin bedroom is 3.1mt x 3.6mt. inc fitted wardrobe.

All rooms have portable fans.

TOP FLOOR - Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Refurbished with new tiled floor throughout the house in 2018, with new patio doors and windows.

The Kitchen is fully equipped, (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle,fridge/freezer, with ample crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses) . It leads onto a dining area that comfortably seats 6.

The lounge was refurbished in February 2018, large L shaped sofa (seats 6), leather easy chair. Smart TV, DVD player, selection of games, DVD's, Binoculars to check what is happening out in the bay. Wood burning stove for any chilly nights in the winter. The lounge leads to a terrace with table and seating for 6 with beautiful views of the sea. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner and sundowners.

MIDDLE FLOOR - Main bedroom with super king beautiful black wrought iron bed, bedside tables/lamps, fully equipped. Small terrace with table and 2 chairs and sea views.

Shower room, newly refurbished in 2018 with rain shower that also has a lower hose for showering (ideal for children), vanity unit with mirror, WC. Heated towel rail with thermostat.

Twin bedded room. - Two single beds, suitable for adults, plenty of space and fitted wardrobes.

LOWER FLOOR - King size bed, bedside tables/lamps,freestanding wardrobes, large chest of drawers, free standing mirror. En suite with "rain shower", vanity unit, WC, Washing machine. Large terrace with two sunbeds.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dave/Lynn (the owner) a message.

If Dave/Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
