Description

A lovely, fully equipped, ground floor apartment available for rent in Lagos Portugal.

In an excellent location, the apartment is situated on a small, private complex and comes complete with it's own large sun terrace which overlooks the stunning pool and attractive gardens.

This good sized apartment has 1 double bedroom, living room, laundry room complete with washing machine iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom complete with power shower and and a large outdoor furnished terrace area. The apartment features underground car parking and a video entry system.

Due to it's excellent location, the apartment is ideal for those who are seeking a relaxing, peaceful holiday but prefer not to be too far away from the action. There are many restaurants and bars to suit everyone, depending on where you wish to spend your time i.e. whether it is the picturesque beach, the traditional and charming Lagos town or the thriving boating marina.

Only 50 minutes from Faro Airport.

Palmares and Boavista golf course are just a short drive away, Lagos is considered to be an excellent location for golfers.

A lovely, clean, spacious and quiet apartment, close to the centre and 5 mins from the marina. The pool was quiet and clean. The owners were very helpful. Lagos itself is lovely with some nice beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to return. Thank you

“Great Apartment”

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in August 2012. The apartment is really well laid out and MUCH larger than it looks in the pictures, its very light and airy. The apartment has all you need really for a holiday. The apartment is on the ground floor so very handy for the pool, it also has a large patio area with good quality (and comfy) outdoor furniture. There's also secure parking if you decide to rent a car. There is a pool set in lovely well tended gardens, and there are always loungers available. The gardens and pool are looked after very well. Its a 5 minute walk to the marina, a further 10 minutes to the center of Lagos and its many resteraunts and bars, so you are away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough. The nearest beach is a ten minute stroll, where there are a few beach resteraunts and cafes to use as well. Great apartment, good location, would definately recomend when visiting Lagos and the Algarve.

Another fantastic holiday, as previously said, our 3rd time at this apartment. Very spacious,clean, light,airy. Very secure and safe. It's got all the facilities you need. Lovely outlook onto pool and well maintained gardens. Great location, marina and lagos town within easy walking distance. Overall, BRILLIANT !! The only downside is, i don't own it !!

This was our second visit to Lagos and again we had a great time. The apartment is spacious, clean and on a perfect location (close to the centre, train station, Marina). The swimming pool is a big plus and most of the time we had the swimming pool for ourselves! The only point of constructive feedback we would like to give is that it would be good to have internet in the apartment as we now had to go to internet cafe's in Lagos. Overall we had a great time and can really recommend this apartment.

We had really a good time at Quinta da Cardeira. if we can we will defenetely come back in the future. The apartment is nice, big enough and has everything you need on holiday; we liked it was at ground floor with very convenient access to the pool. Also internet access would be nice even if I used the internet in the reception when I had to. Lagos is very nice and has some of the most beautiful beaches on all the western Algarve in my opininion; at least the ones we have seen. My favourite is praia do Camilo. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars and it is perfect for couples. Portuguese people are very friendly and they always try to help when I asked for some information.

This was my first time at Lagos, and what a holiday we had. Set in a gorgeous location, just behind the habour and the town, Quinta da Cardeira couldn't have been nicer. A ground floor apartment which is spacious, clean and welcoming, with a large swimming pool just outside the terrace which nine times out of ten was exclusively ours. I'm sure I'll be a regular visitor as this fabulous apartment made a fabulous holiday!

Lovely clean spacious apartment with outside dining space on the terrace. Good size rooms, very secure, surrounded by well maintained gardens and a good size swimming pool. This is our second visit to the apartment, seriously thinking of going for the hatrick next summer. Perfect location too !!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert & Emma (the owner) a message.

If Robert & Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
