This beautiful property is in a small secure complex in a quiet residential area, yet is in walking distance to the Beach, Marina, Restaurants and Town Centre. Perfect for Couples looking for a romantic or chill out getaway but close enough to enjoy all amenities of the town.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings throughout. The Lounge and Kitchen both - have Patio Doors which lead to a private Balcony - The Balcony has tables and chairs, south facing (the sea) perfect for al fresco dining or a cool drink.. For your comfort there's a large leather sofa, leather armchair and stylish table with 4 Dining Chairs in the Lounge/Dining Room. In the lounge there is a DVD player with a wide selection of films, the TV has 4 Portuguese Channels and there's also a CD player with a variety of music to suit most tastes. Please help yourself to a book and there are a few board games to pass away your evening on the balcony. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs. In the bedroom there is a quality King Size bed, a double wardrobe with ample storage space, and through the bedroom patio doors, there is a small terrace. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the jacuzzi bath and full suite. An information booklet is supplied with a list of local beaches, our favourite restaurants and other local info to help you get acquainted. Fresh linen supplied weekly. Air Con installed in the bedroom. Wi Fi installed.

“Fantastic stay”

Stayed here from 21st July - 4th August 2013. When we first arrived at the apartment we were shocked at how large and spacious it was. The apartment was fully equipped, with a large super market only ten minutes walk from the apartment. Lagos itself was very lively both at night and daytime and offered lots of activities such as all day boat trips, kayak tours, buses to zoo marine etc which we took advantage of. The apartment is 10 minutes from the marina/town and there is also a shortcut to the beach which we found very useful. As we had such an active holiday it was great to have such a comfortable and home-like apartment to return to at night. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family members and would 100% come back to this apartment on return to Lagos. Once again, the apartment was fantastic and Lagos is such a beautiful town, we definitely had a great holiday. Thanks also to Jim & Pauline for their great communication skills throughout the booking process etc, they made it very easy for us. The agent Patricia who met us upon arrival at the apartment was also very friendly & helpful. Thanks again, Mairead & Hannah.

Tranquility is a beautiful well equipped apartment, situated in a quiet part of Lagos. It is furnished to the highest standard with a lounge-dining room, a separate kitchen with all mod cons, a spa bath and bedroom with lots of storage space. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony which could be accessed from both the lounge and the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting there at night with a glass of wine listening to music on the CD player! There is also a shared pool area (which was never too busy) where you are allocated your own sunbeds (no fighting for sun loungers here!) Just a 5 minute walk takes you to the marina where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed sitting here at night watching the sun go down! Another 5 minutes walk across the bridge takes you into the town centre where there are plenty more restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy. There is an excellent taxi service from the square if you don't fancy walking back up the hill to the apartment. We enjoyed the walk (it kept us fit!) There is also a shortcut to the beach just across the street from the apartment which takes about 10 minutes. To sum things up we had an excellent holiday and look forward to returning!

How do damage deposits work?
