Description

This brand new stunning villa is located in the heart of the traditional village of Megalochori. It comfortably sleeps 6 in with it's two bedrooms and sofa bed.

Decorated in a modern style, with touches of traditional Santorini items. The villa also offers a open concept kitchen, dining and living room area with fireplace. Flat screen TV's can be found in each bedroom as well as the living room, wifi runs throughout and each room has air conditioning.

The outdoor area offers the private pool with Jacuzzi jets, multiple dining and seating areas, sun beds and large garden. The rooftop patio offers incredible views of the sunset to the west, as well as Akrotiri, Perivolos and Perissa to the South. There is also a small museum of historical Santorinian items located on the property.

A bottle of local Santorinian wine from a winery located 200 meters away from the villa as well as fresh fruit await you on arrival.

Getting around

There is a bus station within a few minutes walk from the villa. I do always recommend to guests to rent a car or ATV while visiting the island so that you have the chance to see everything the island has to offer. If you are comfortable driving in new locations, Santorini is very easy to navigate and there is plenty of parking space at the villa.

Interaction with guest

I am available as much as you like! I am happy to provide recommendations on things to do and see while you are here on the island as well as restaurants, beach bars or lookout spots. I can also help you set up your transfer service to the villa or help arrange a local rental car for your stay.

“Villa was unreal”

Villa was absolutely gorgeous really stunning, we arrived at the villa at 10:00pm to find the fridge fully stocked with fresh fruit, milk, bacon, bread, which was really helpful. The villa was a bit out of the way however the hostess Lindsay was more than helpful with getting us taxi’s at anytime of the day or night. The local shop was about 10 minute walk where you could fine all the essentials.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
