The Seaview apartment is a modern, fully furnished and air-conditioned, two bedroom luxury apartment located within the Grove Spa resort in the village of Mazotos near Larnaca. The apartment boasts panoramic sea, village and mountain views and makes an ideal base for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in tranquil surroundings. Several village amenities are available within walking distance and numerous additional shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away.
The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the delights that Cyprus offers. It is located near Larnaca, 2km from the sea and under an hours drive from Nicosia, The Trudos Mountains and the beautiful beaches and lively resorts of Eastern Cyprus.

The living area comprises of two leather sofas, one of which can be made into a double sofa bed, a side table, TV, DVD/CD player, active speakers for net book/MP3/phone and a large dining table with six dining chairs.
A high spec kitchen area with a comprehensive range of appliances including:-
Black granite worktops; a full size oven; halogen hob; combi microwave; dishwasher; large fridge freezer; kettle; toaster; a complete set of crockery /utensils.
The master bedroom has patio doors onto the large balcony, king size bed with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and is complete with blackout blinds for full privacy. The second twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet and a blackout blind to the window. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with individual controls.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Bed linen and towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels. Additional cleaning and or linen changes can be arranged at a small extra cost.
A welcome pack of basic groceries may be purchased to make the start of you holiday easier. High chair and cot hire are also available. Please request these items in advance.

The Larnaka District
Cyprus is a diverse island offering a variety of different holiday experiences. With its many historical and archaeological sites, scenic walks and drives, beaches and water sports, lively nightlife, and even skiing in the high Troodos Mountains in winter, there’s something for everyone.
Being blessed with a sunny climate the island of Cyprus typically enjoys over 340 sunny days a year. In July and August average daily temperatures are in the 30’s and even in the winter the daily highs frequently exceed 20C.
The Grove Spa Resort is ideally located to take advantage of many of the islands activities. In under an hour you can drive to the Capital city of Nicosia, be in the beautiful surroundings of the Troodos Mountains, enjoying the delights of Ayia Napa or exploring the world class historical sites to the west of Limassol.
Mazotos is a traditional, quiet Cypriot village, surrounded by fields and olive groves. The village centre is within easy walking distance of the apartment. The village includes several small but well stocked supermarkets, an English run bar as well as two traditional Cypriot bars.
The Mazotos Camel Park is approximately 1/2 mile from the apartment. In addition to the Camels and other animals there is a children’s play area, pool and picnic facility. In the evening you can visit the bar/restaurant at the park for a reasonably priced meal. This is a short drive or it can be walked with the aid of a torch.
Kiti is the next village to the east where you will find a large supermarket as well as a good selection of shops, bars and takeaways, several of which will deliver to the apartment. A little further drive takes you to the pretty village of Pervolia which hosts a range of restaurants and Cypriot entertainment at the weekends. To the west of Mazotos is the small fishing village of Zigi. The village has numerous specialist fish restaurants and makes an ideal lunch destination.
Larnaca town contains many trendy bars, shops and restaurants giving it an up market feel. In the evening the palm lined promenade, with its numerous attractions, comes to life. In the Larnaca area there are a number of ancient sights to see including the ruins of Ancient Kitium, the Hala Sultan Tekke on the banks of the Salt Lake, and the Fort of Larnaca which was erected by the Turks in 1625 and is now a museum.

We loved this apartment, which was luxurious and homely. The free wifi is available on the balcony only, but this was fine for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the views lovely. The only fly in the ointment was that the lifts didn't work, but hopefully these are now in operation. The resort was unfinished when we visited, but this wasn't a huge issue, and it had the added benefit that the resort was wonderfully quiet.
