This semi detached Bungalow with family size swimming pool is well situated within easy walking distance to the restaurant/bar complex which has a beautiful communal pool, tennis courts, petanca pitches and also is close to the proposed golf course. The Bungalow is brand new with air conditioning which can be used as heating in the winter. In an excellent location only a couple of minutes walk to the bar/restaurant and communal pool.

There are breath taking views of the mountains and the Bungalow is enhanced by a pretty landscaped garden with lemon and orange trees.

Hot and Cold air conditioning complete with cooling fans in bedrooms and lounge.
Family size 7x3.5metre swimming pool - shallow and deep end together with shower.
Patio area complete with sun loungers, picnic table, chairs and barbecue.
Ful size table tennis with bats and balls
Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds plus put you up bed also available
Shower room with toilet, basin and vanity unit.
New flat screen TV with built in DVD player
Cable T.V. with 80+ channels
Bluetooth speaker that attaches to smart phones/ipods/laptops
Rear utility area with wash/dryer machine.
Iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Books, DVDs, videos
Playstation and games
Children's toys and games
Bed linen and towels (except beach and pool).
Cleaning is carried out by a friendly and efficient husband and wife team who live on the Country Club.

The swimming pool is key hole shaped with a shallow end and deep end. The shallow end is 1m deep with steps going into the water which is safe for children to paddle. The deep end is 1.7m.

On the terrace are sun loungers and a stone table and chairs which is lovely for sitting at whilst barbecuing. There is a brick built barbeque by the pool. The communal swimming pool is a 5 min walk from the house which also has a lovely restaurant and tennis courts on site.

In the utility area, there is a full size fold up table tennis table that can be wheeled out and put up at the end of the swimming pool.

Please make sure that you shower in the outside pool shower before entering the pool as the pool will get clogged up with sun lotion and become murky and oily. This will result in the pool needing an extra clean and will be taken out of your breakage deposit.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
