This is a charming one-floor and 3 bedrooms-villa, located one mile from the center of the beautiful village of Mazan, where you will find every shops and restaurants you need.

You will feel yourself at home in this villa decorated in a very typical way, with the colors of Provence and very clean. It has its own private big swimming pool (5m*11m) as well as a pool house (shower, WC and BBQ) : the pool is surrounded by a security fence to provide more security for children. Situated on a terrace down the house (no vis-a-vis, you can not see the house from the pool), it is entirely private. The house and pool are nested in a big wooden park planted with oak trees and pine trees .

The house is family friendly and childfriendly. A little wooden house in the trees, or kids'paradise, easily accessible and homemade by Claude (originally for his grandchildren), will delight your children: it even has tap water, electricity and a mezzanine. A swing is also at your children's disposal.

It is located in the heart of the authentic and unspoiled Provence, (Mazan is the village where English actress, Keira Knightley, wedded in May 2013 and has a vacation house). We have been renting this house since 2000 and it is always a pleasure to welcome new guests.

Great places to visit: Avignon, well-known for its bridge, Popes' palace and famous theater festival in July, typical markets in the village or nearby villages (the fruits and vegetables are stunning), antics in l'Isle sur Sorgues, Roman ruins in Vaison-la Romaine, beautiful view from the Mont-Ventoux mountain. A water par Spashworld has opened in 2015 in Monteux, 20 minutes from the house. The Tour de France, famous cycling race, will have its last step on July 14 2016, in the mythic ascent of the Mont-Ventoux.

How do damage deposits work?
