Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, flatscreen TV/DVD, double sofa bed and french doors with steps leading down to the enclosed garden with seating. Additional WC: located on the first floor. Outside: enclosed garden approached via steps from the lounge area with lawn, patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
