Fully fitted kitchen including fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Comfortable furnished lounge with sliding patio doors leading onto a lush and mature garden with outside seating. Full bathroom suite with bath shower.

Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, freeview TV, DVD player, h- fi system and welcome pack all included.

- Numerous beaches including coves, stretches of sandy beaches all available for water sports, relaxation and fishing
- Boat hire and boat trips along the Helford & Fal Rivers

Mawnan Smith

Mawnan Smith is set close to the coast just to the south of Falmouth. It has a 15th century local thatched inn serving good food and many ales. Mawnan is surrounded by National Trust costal paths and on your door step in Carwionion Woods which leads down to Porth Sawsen Beach. The village also has a shop/post office, cafe, hair saloon and well known Italian restaurant.

Within a mile of Mawnan are the sandy beaches of Maenporth with parking and a cafe. A popular spot on the Helford river a short drive away is the Ferry Boat Inn with breathtaking views of the Helford River. The areas has numerous walks either on your doorstep or a short drive away where you can experience coastal paths or Inland walks - there is something for every walker.

Falmouth is only 4 miles away where you can catch a ferry to St Mawes, visit the Maritime Museum, see the working docks and experience the many restaurants, local shops, cinema, art galleries, the Ship and Castle swimming pool and much more. With walks along the promenade with beautiful views from the Pendennis Castle overlooking the town and sea.
