Amazing Beach Location - Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Parking ... Mawgan Porth Beach is literally just around the corner.

STUNNING MODERN HOLIDAY BUNGALOW --- Europa court, a charming quiet complex of properties, with swimming pool, tennis courts. -- Allocated Parking on site, so no need to struggle to park at the beach .........

WIFI is provided at the property .......

LOVELY SPACIOUS PROPERTY --- This property is detached and offers much more space than other properties on the Europa Court Complex ..... with its own Patio area outside the Lounge area.

The beach is literally just around the corner. We have many guests who return here year after year as they love this location so much.

Please Note : The Swimming pool is heated for the Summer weeks from end of May to September.

This opens for the summer season at the end of may

BEACH LOCATION --- with Local Pub, Take away, Restaurant, Surf Hire and Shops, pitch and putt just next to the complex. This well equipped property has everything you could need during your holiday. Lovely modern decor with a fun beach feel.

WE ARE A FAMILY BUSINESS ---- so it is very important to us that you have the best holiday experience, your holiday time together is so precious. We always ensure that our properties are beautifully presented for you.

ACCOMMODATION :-

WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED --- oven + hob, tall fridge freezer, Microwave, Lots of utensils, plates, glasses etc.

LARGE LOUNGE / DINING AREA ------- Large flat screen TV, FREESAT Digital Channels, plenty of seating. Patio doors lead to patio area with seating. Patio overlooks the pool area, always lovely and quiet, and relaxing. .... The perfect location to spend quality time with your family.

DOUBLE BEDROOM ---- double bed, Wardrobe, Bedside lighting, mirror.

FAMILY BEDROOM ---- Double bed, Bunk beds, Triple wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting.....

FAMILY BATHROOM ---- modern white bathroom suite, with freestanding bath, New Large Shower enclosure, WC, Basin, Storage unit, Large mirror -------

THIS LOCATION IS JUST PERFECT FOR FAMILIES ------ the beach is just around the corner, aswell as local Pub, Take away, Shops, Restaurant, Surf school and Surf school. There is pitch and putt / crazy golf just next to the complex.

PLEASE NOTE --- this property is a spacious bungalow, so can be good for disabled guests. Please be aware that all doors are standard width, so wheelchair would need to be folded to gain access through all doors.

THIS LOVELY MODERN PROPERTY IS ON THE SOUGHT AFTER EUROPA COURT COMPLEX, MAWGAN PORTH.

During the summer school holidays ..... we can only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday ......... for 1 week ........... During any other time we can accept bookings for any arrival day.

ALL BEDS ARE NORMALLY MADE UP FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS, we can also arrange to have bunk beds made up for an extra 2 guests --

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.

We can supply travel cot if you require this -- small charge of £15

At certain times we can allow 1 dog to stay, please mention this before booking as this is not always possible. Obviously dogs are not allowed on the furniture, and we do ask that owners bring doggie bed and doggie towels to wipe dry ...... and also lots of throws to cover sofas / chairs incase they jump up. .... Cleaning company charge £45 for 1 dog.

WE STRICTLY ONLY ACCEPT 1 DOG ! This is very important. If guests bring a dog without informing us, then access will be denied. We can not accept more than 1 dog at all.

Bringing a dog is not always possible -- so please mention this before booking ........

Certain conditions apply when bringing a dog ........ and we may have other guests booked who have allergies -- in which case we can not accept a dog at all. Thanks for understanding.

Why can't I call JEFF + JANE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JEFF + JANE (the owner) a message.

If JEFF + JANE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
