Description

The Pin is a beautiful house in Mawgan Porth overlooking the beach, only a 3 minute walk away. It has three bedrooms, all the bedrooms have a sea view. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has bunkbeds. The house will sleep 6, but sleeps 5 comfortably. The second double bedroom is small. There is one bathroom with bath, electric shower and toilet, and also another separate toilet. The house has wifi, smart TV and vodafone mobile access. Newly decorated. Parking at top and bottom of property. South-facing house with spectacular sea views across the Cornish cliffs. Easy 3 minute walk to safe sandy beach (dogs allowed on very large beach) and to the National Trust Coastal Footpath. A great surfing beach, over 1/4 mile wide. and to the National Trust Coastal Footpath going north to Bedruthan Steps towards Padstow Ideal for cliff walking, surfing and beach holidays. Nearby attractions include, Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, Newquay Surfing Beaches and the Camel Cycling Trail. Excellent nearby restaurants include Jamie Oliver 15 at Watergate Bay, Rick Steins restaurants in Padstow and right on the doorstep Cornwall's newest 5 star Scarlet Hotel

I would recommend this property to anyone the house is spacious airy and spotlessly clean. The pin has the most beautiful view's across mawgan porth from watching sunrise to sunset you just cannot get enough of the view.The beach is 3 minute walk away everything you need is there the shops are a 15 minute walk at most we will definetly be going back in the future

A really wonderful location with stunning views of the bay from an enormous living room window. The house was immaculate inside with quality furnishings. The deck was an excellent spot for sun-downers after walking the coastal path. Will definitely be going back.

As a family with young children The Pin provided us with everything that we needed for a great family holiday. The house is well equipped and beautifully presented, decorated to a high specification. Mawgan Porth beach, which is only a short walk from the house, is lovely and perfect for children, with rock pools,a shallow running river into the sea, and amazing surfing conditions in the evening . There are lots of attractions in the surrounding area if you want to do something different or fancy a day out.
